Trade 16 hours of work for a free 4-Day Festival Pass + Early Arrival. Only 15 spots available.

What You Give

  • 16 hours of work (4 shifts x 4 hours)
  • At least 1 setup shift (Wed/Thu)

  • $50 refundable deposit (returned after completing all shifts)

What to Expect

Tasks are assigned based on what the event needs. You'll be put wherever we need you most — setup, teardown, gate, grounds, production support, and more. Flexibility is key.

Typical tasks include: stage assembly, signage, trash & recycling, wristband scanning, campground hosting, cable runs, decor setup, and Leave No Trace patrol. You won't know your exact assignments until crew orientation on Wednesday.

Work-Trade Agreement

  1. Volunteer Status — Work-trade crew are volunteers, not employees. No wage or employment relationship. The ticket is provided in exchange for volunteer service.
  2. Shift Commitment — 16 hours total (4 x 4-hour shifts). Schedule and tasks assigned by crew coordinator based on event needs.
  3. Attendance — Must arrive during Early Arrival (Wednesday, Oct 14). Missing orientation forfeits your work-trade spot.
  4. Conduct — Same code of conduct as all attendees. Additionally: no alcohol or substances during shifts. Removal from crew for impairment on shift.
  5. Deposit — $50 refundable deposit due upon acceptance. Refunded within 7 days post-event if all shifts completed. Forfeited for: missing 2+ shifts, removal for conduct, or no-show.
  6. Cancellation — Cancel up to 14 days before the event for a full deposit refund. Within 14 days: deposit forfeited.
  7. Liability Waiver — Standard event liability waiver applies. Work-trade crew assume same risks as GA attendees plus risks inherent to their assigned tasks.
  8. Photo/Media Release — Consent to appear in event media.
  9. Not Transferable — Work-trade spots cannot be sold, traded, or transferred.
  10. Festival Reserves the Right — To reassign tasks, modify shift schedules, or cancel the program with full refund if the event is cancelled.
